Cookie Policy

GiftBack uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items to keep the app working. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Here's the full list:
Session cookie

| Purpose | Keeps you logged in while you use the app. Without this, you'd need to sign in on every page. |

Wallet preference

| Purpose | Remembers which wallet you connected last so you don't have to reconnect every visit. |

| Expires | Persists until you clear browser storage or sign out |
Preference cache

| Purpose | Stores your UI preferences locally — things like notification settings and display choices — so the app feels consistent between visits. |

What we don't use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- No third-party social media trackers
- No fingerprinting scripts
- No cross-site tracking of any kind
How to clear cookies
You can clear all cookies and localStorage for GiftBack through your browser settings. In most browsers: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data. Clearing cookies will sign you out.
